A LOCAL real estate agent envisions Redlands balancing nature and development, ensuring future generations enjoy it as she has.

Savannah Falzon is not just a real estate professional; she is a dedicated mother, wife, and recently, a proud grandparent.

With deep roots in the Redlands for nearly 28 years, Savannah has cultivated a life of community involvement and personal fulfillment.

“I am involved in the Redlands Senior Network, Chamber of Commerce, local networking groups, and educating local groups such as Rotary and Probus on all things retirement and aged care,” Savannah said.

Her life ethos, “What you focus on, you attract,” reflects her belief in gratitude and hard work.

“That’s not to say it doesn’t take hard work to achieve what you are chasing,” she said.

“But if you are clear and focussed on what you want, opportunities present themselves to make things happen.”

Having moved to the Redlands on the day her second child was born; Savannah and her family have embraced the community wholeheartedly.

“I have watched my children grow up here, and my parents grow old here, so it holds a special place in my heart,” she said.

Her vision for the Redlands’ future is one of balance.

“I hope that it becomes a region that can balance both the natural environment and development,” she said.

“A place for future generations to continue to enjoy, just like my family, friends and I have.”

In her quiet moments, Savannah prioritises morning walks, listening to podcasts, and enjoying the serene environment.

“Getting outside first thing in the morning, surrounded by trees and wildlife, really sets up my days for success.”

For leisure, Savannah enjoys the natural beauty of Stradbroke Island, Coochiemudlo, and King Island, as well as local favourites like Merak Café and the area’s diverse restaurants.

With 15 years in real estate, Savannah finds building community connections the most rewarding aspect.

“I enjoy being able to assist individuals, couples, families and seniors wherever they are on their journey, to achieve the best results,” she said.

“I enjoy spending time with clients and learning their stories, whilst getting the best possible outcome for both vendor and buyer.”
