The Tongan team came out with exceptional vigor, showcasing their skill and determination as they crossed the line for four tries to establish a commanding lead.

They relentlessly clawed their way back into the game, leveling the scores at 24-24.

The tension in the stadium was palpable as every tackle was fiercely contested, with both teams unwilling to give an inch.

With just four minutes remaining on the clock, 20-year-old Isaiya Katoa stepped up, displaying nerves of steel.

Positioned well outside the typical range, he expertly launched a long-range field goal, sending it soaring between the posts to give Tonga a 25-24 lead.

His composed execution under immense pressure not only clinched the victory for Tonga but also marked his emergence as a key player for the future.

Win was a testament to their emerging prowess in the rugby league world.

As they prepare to face Australia in the final, the team’s confidence and morale are at an all-time high.

This victory is a significant milestone, inspiring both players and fans alike, solidifying Tonga’s place on international rugby league stage.
