FOR eight years, Thornlands local Yvonne, an inclusion teacher and neurodivergent life coach, built her life around pain.

Diagnosed with hypermobility, fibromyalgia and chronic migraines, and navigating it all alongside ADHD, she scaled back from full-time classroom teaching to casual work, planned every outing around seating, heat and uneven ground, and relied on a walking cane for four years after a series of falls.

She’d tried physiotherapy, deep-tissue massage, cortisone injections, yoga and Pilates, often for months at a time, with little lasting relief.

What brought her to Spine Frequency, a Brisbane-based spinal health clinic, was a $39 firsttreatment offer. What kept her there was founder Jeff’s own recovery story – and his honesty.

“Jeff advised that if there was no improvement after the second or third treatment, it was unlikely his treatment would work on my particular condition,” Yvonne says. “In an age of scams and schemes, this was refreshing.”

Within a few sessions, Yvonne noticed some real changes: improved mobility and balance, more stamina, less brain fog, and significantly less pain.

For shorter walks and while teaching, the cane has stayed home, and everyday tasks can now be done in one go.

“I’ve become quite evangelical about Jeff’s services,” she says, “and share my story to encourage those I know with similar issues to get in touch with him.”
