Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate an 85-year-old man missing from Manly West since this morning, 29 October.

Ian Wilson was last seen leaving a Barramay Street residence around 8.30am and has not contacted family since.

He is travelling in a gold 2004 Toyota Landcruiser with Queensland registration 477 IPL.

Ian is described as Caucasian, around 177cm tall, with a slim build, grey hair and blue eyes.

Family and friends hold concerns for Ian’s welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that causes confusion.

He is known to frequent the Wynnum and Alexandra Hills areas.

Anyone who has seen Ian, or anyone with information regarding his current whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
