WHETHER you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice after a break, Bendi Yoga (Bayside) offers a gentle and welcoming space to reconnect with yourself.

Led by experienced teacher Virginie, the boutique studio provides a variety of classes designed to meet people where they are, regardless of age, fitness level or experience.

From the slow, meditative pace of Yin Yoga to the energising movements of Vinyasa, the weekly timetable offers something for every body and every lifestyle.

“Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat,” says Virginie.

“It’s a way to reconnect – with yourself and with others.”

That philosophy is woven through each of her classes, where students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, move mindfully, and explore their inner world.

Class offerings include Yin Yoga (targeting fascia and deep tissue release), Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (for full-body relaxation), Meditation (blending stillness with gentle movement), and the dynamic Vinyasa Flow (linking movement with breath). Private sessions, corporate classes, and day retreats are also available.

Importantly, Bendi Yoga is rooted in the warmth of the Bayside community.

“I’m so grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming local area,” Virginie shares.

“We all learn from each other here. As I always say: we are all teachers and students.”

For those who are curious but hesitant, Virginie offers reassuring words: “It doesn’t matter where you are on your wellness journey, it’s never too late to start.”

And if you’re looking to dive deeper into your practice, Bendi Yoga is hosting a Summer Yoga Retreat next February 6-9 at Soma in Byron Bay.

To reserve your place, email virginie.moon@y7mail.com or call Virginie on 0412 307 408 or Kate on 0434 586 182.
