THE Redland Coast Blues Festival returned in spectacular fashion on Saturday, drawing a fantastic crowd of blues enthusiasts, artists, and festivalgoers to the newly opened Redland/Cleveland Showgrounds.

The event, held for the first time at the brand-new venue, provided a vibrant and inviting atmosphere for both first-time visitors and loyal fans of the festival.

Festival organisers expressed their excitement over the success of the event, celebrating the evolution of the festival in its new home.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better event to celebrate the evolution of the Redland Coast Blues Festival,” a spokesperson said.

“A huge thank you to the artists, volunteers, sponsors, Rotary, and the sound crew for their support.

“Most importantly, we want to express our gratitude to the amazing punters who came out to enjoy the music and the community spirit at our new location.”

A diverse lineup of local and national blues talent took the stage, offering fans a unique opportunity to connect with the genre in an exciting new space.

The fresh venue and its stunning surroundings helped create a memorable backdrop for the performances, adding an extra layer of excitement for attendees.

The festival’s success was made possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of many individuals and groups.

Organisers thanked the artists, volunteers, sponsors, Rotary, and sound crew for their unwavering support in making the event run smoothly.
