Pilates at the Point has quietly built a reputation as one of Wellington Point’s most consistent, community-driven fitness studios, and this week it takes out the Best of Fitness Spots category!

With a perfect 5-star rating from more than 80 reviews, the studio has become a favourite for locals seeking strength, mobility and a welcoming space to move.

What stands out most in the feedback is the atmosphere, with reviewers repeatedly describing the studio as warm, encouraging and unintimidating, the kind of place where beginners feel supported and regulars feel challenged in the right ways.

Many mention instructors who remember names, tailor movements and offer gentle corrections that make the difference between simply doing Pilates and actually improving, that personalised approach seems to be a big part of why the studio has earned such loyalty.

Classes are praised for being well paced and accessible, with sessions that strike a balance between slow, controlled strength work and deeper mobility training.

Several reviewers note that they’ve seen real changes in posture, core strength and day-to-day comfort, especially those returning after injuries or long breaks.

As a previous Pilates-goer, I remember going to plenty of studios where no one corrected my posture, so I never really saw or felt any progress – seeing how much attention to form this place gives is a definite plus.

There’s also a clear sense of consistency, whether it’s early morning sessions or after work classes, reviewers say the quality never dips.

The studio’s clean, bright space and friendly front desk experience round out what many describe as a “little local gem”.

Pilates at the Point is a deserving winner.
