Australia’s Sleep Revolution with Dr Michael Mosely

Dr Michael Mosley returns to Australia with a new three-part series, “Australia’s Sleep Revolution,” shedding light on the dangers of poor sleep. The series exposes the nation’s growing sleep crisis, with alarming statistics: up to 40% experience inadequate sleep, 15% suffer from chronic insomnia, and 20% have sleep apnea. Dr. Mosley, a chronic insomniac himself, joins fellow poor sleepers in trialling an innovative eight-week sleep treatment program developed by the Flinders University Sleep Institute.
Australia’s Sleep Revolution with Dr. Michael Mosley premieres Wednesday 6 March at 7:30 PM on SBS, with episodes airing weekly.

Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy – Season 2

There’s nowhere on earth like Italy. And there’s no food on earth like Italian food. Academy Award® nominee and Emmy® Award-winning actor Stanley Tucci indulges his passion for Italian cooking as he explores the stories and people behind the world’s most popular cuisine in the second season of the critically acclaimed series. Buon appetito!

Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy season 2 premieres Thursday 7 March at 8:30 PM on SBS, with episodes airing weekly.

The Vanishing Triangle

Investigative journalist Lisa Wallace publishes an article about her mother’s murder, which sparks the disappearance of Amy Reynolds. She and Detective David Burkely work together to find Amy, with their investigation taking them around Ireland, as more girls go missing. Lisa believes the same man who murdered her mother twenty years ago is responsible. Based on a true story, the term Ireland’s Vanishing Triangle was coined by the Irish media about the unexplained disappearance of six women in a specific area of Ireland during the 1990s.
