THE achievements, ambition and community connections of Redlands Coast businesses were celebrated in style on Saturday, October 24, as the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2026 Redlands Business Excellence Awards Presentation Evening.
Bringing together business owners, industry leaders and community representatives, the evening recognised the people and enterprises helping shape a thriving local economy.
With Margaux Parker guiding proceedings as MC, the celebration provided an opportunity to applaud this year’s winners and finalists, share their stories and recognise the hard work behind their success.
Across 21 award categories, the winners reflected the diversity and strength of the region’s business community.
From emerging enterprises making their mark to established businesses continuing to innovate, each demonstrated a commitment to excellence in their field.
The prestigious Business of the Year Award, sponsored by Local Redland Bayside News, was presented to Stradbroke Island Tours, recognising its outstanding performance and achievements across the judging criteria.
Community contribution was also celebrated, with Bay Island Lifestyle receiving the President’s Community Champion Award for their contribution and local impact.
The People’s Choice Awards gave the community an opportunity to celebrate its favourite businesses, with almost 3000 votes cast in support of local enterprises.
For many finalists, the evening marked an opportunity to pause, reflect on their progress and celebrate alongside the teams, families and supporters who have helped them along the way.
The Chamber acknowledged the generous support of its sponsors, Redland City Council, Local Redland Bayside News, Kate Redman & Associates, Bendigo Bank Community Bank, BOQ, Capalaba Central Shopping Centre and Wellington Point Farmhouse whose contributions helped bring the celebration to life.
Special recognition was also given to the judging panel for volunteering their time and expertise to assess entries and select this year’s winners.
The Chamber’s Executive Committee, led by President Aaron Weir, awards subcommittee and event team were thanked for the many hours of planning and coordination behind the evening.
While the trophies recognised individual achievements, the celebration also highlighted the connections and shared commitment that strengthen the wider business community.
The 2026 Redlands Business Excellence Awards offered a proud reminder of the talent, enterprise and community spirit found across the Redlands Coast.
