QSA Sport Aerobics, created and run by two Redland mums, has been teaching children the importance of fitness, teamwork and commitment for the past seven years.
Noticing a need to provide easily accessible and affordable after-school activities for local children, Holly Pereira and Lauryn Sword came together to create an engaging, fun and inclusive aerobics program which is now flourishing at more than 10 schools, as well as additional club locations.
The programs are held directly before or after school on school grounds, making the programs convenient for busy families as no additional travel is required.
From the very beginning, it has always been important that the children remain the focus of the company, ensuring they are engaged, challenged and safe at all times. Extending from this, inclusiveness is another large focus for the company, welcoming children of all school-ages, genders, nationalities and abilities.
These center frameworks of the QSA business model, paired with many years of industry experience, knowledge and hard work is what has driven QSA’s success since the beginning of 2017.
Lauryn and Holly are grateful to have QSA Sport Aerobics recognised for the wonderful value it brings to the Redlands community and welcome more athletes to join in the fun at QSA.
