REDLANDS Coast’s longest-running community festival will roar back into Cleveland this September with two days of live music, family entertainment, food and local talent.

RedFest 2026, proudly presented by Gould Estate Agents, will take over the Redlands Showgrounds on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, marking 68 years since the much-loved celebration began.

Headline act Harlan will lead this year’s entertainment program, bringing a high-energy performance to the festival’s main stage.

Main-stage entertainment will begin from 2pm with local and visiting musicians, dancers, community performers and emerging artists appearing across several stages throughout the weekend.

Festival organisers said RedFest’s longevity reflected the enormous contribution made by generations of volunteers, performers, groups, businesses and families.

While the event will honour that history, organisers have promised a fresh program of attractions and experiences for festivalgoers of all ages.

Families can expect an expanded program featuring amusement rides, interactive activities, creative workshops, live performances, an animal farm, rock climbing and bungee attractions.

A wide selection of local food vendors will serve festival favourites, sweet treats and international cuisine while visitors will be able to relax and enjoy live entertainment across the showgrounds.

Local schools, dance groups, sporting clubs, artists, charities, businesses and community organisations will again play a central role in delivering the event.

Organisers said that local involvement ensured RedFest remained more than simply a festival staged in the region.

It was an event created by the community for the community.

Over almost seven decades, RedFest has provided a place for residents to reconnect, showcase local talent, support small businesses and celebrate the people and culture of the Redlands Coast.

It has also generated valuable economic and social benefits for the wider region while creating lasting memories for generations of families.
