BAYSIDE police have seized firearms, drugs, and tens of thousands of dollars in cash during two separate raids in the Redlands.

On October 18, investigators executed a search warrant at a Victoria Point property linked to the illegal manufacturing of firearms.

Officers located gun parts, gunpowder, fireworks, two paintball rifles, a replica airsoft gun, 3D-printed firearms, and a knuckleduster.

Police also seized a quantity of drugs, including methylamphetamine, MDMA, cannabis seeds, along with drug paraphernalia such as glass smoking pipes and scales, and cash.

A 30-year-old Victoria Point man was charged with 13 offences, including multiple counts of unlawful possession of Category H/R, A/M weapons, manufacture of a weapon without a licence, possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.

He is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 11.

A 31-year-old Victoria Point woman was also charged over the seizure, facing two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and additional charges relating to drug utensils and proceeds of crime.

She is due in court on November 6.

The operation was part of police efforts targeting illegal firearms during the National Firearms Week of Action.

In a separate incident, on October 13, Cleveland general duties police searched a Wellington Point address.

Officers seized amphetamines, subtux, drug paraphernalia, and $40,000 in cash.

A 33-year-old Wellington Point man and a 26-year-old Woolloongabba woman were charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of crime, and drug utensils offences.

Both were remanded in custody, with the man due back at Cleveland Magistrates Court on October 23 and the woman on January 22, 2026.

Bayside police said the raids highlight ongoing efforts to disrupt illegal drug and weapons activity in the region.
