MF Martial Arts has taken over the Redlands with four locations, teaching children that martial arts is more than just a kick and a punch.

Matt Fiddes Martial Arts launched its first Australian school in 2007 and 16 years later has grown its community across three states.

The Redlands community can get in on the action at four locations: Alexandra Hills, Capalaba, Birkdale and Victoria Point.

The Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Schools have been helping people improve their lives by teaching martial arts since 1997 with their main goal being to enhance self-esteem and confidence.

The MF Martial Arts team strive to teach kids beyond just kicking and punching but valuable life skills such as confidence, focus, resilience and respect.

With various techniques and styles, MF Martial Arts provides students with a well-balanced self-defence system to give them the advantage they need to protect themselves.

MF Martial Arts encourages every child from the age of three to get in touch and become a part of the MF community.
