Jaric Air Conditioning and Electrical prides itself on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
After selling his last company, owner John Ricca started again after having multiple residents reach out and ask for assistance.
“One thing led to another and now I have 20 staff employed,” he said.
“Here we are again trying to provide the best possible service for the people in the Redlands.”
Mr Ricca said Jaric was well known for two things – giving people options and encouraging repairs.
“It is all about listening and giving people the choice by taking the time,” he said.
“We have customers that have got quotes from other companies telling them they need to purchase a new system for over a grand and we go in there and fix it for $300.”
Earlier this year, Jaric won the Australian Enterprise Award for the most trusted electrical and air conditioning contractor.
“It is all about good old-fashioned customer service,” Mr Ricca said.
Jaric has also been named as a finalist for the 2023 Redlands Business Excellence Awards for the trades category.
Mr Ricca said he was proud after hearing the news and it was an accomplishment to be appreciated by the community.
“The majority of our work is Redlands based and the people are what makes this place the best place to be,” he said.
