Police arrested the man at a Waterford West address on September 13.
They will further allege he was found in possession of methylamphetamine, testosterone, pipes and a grinder believed to have been used in connection with drug offences.
The man faces charges including attempted break-ins, break-ins, stealing, receiving tainted property, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug utensils, possession of property suspected of being used in drug offending, and contravention of a domestic violence order.
He was refused bail and was expected to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court on September 14.
