THE Chamber of Commerce has launched a new supplier registry to help connect local businesses with local opportunities.
This isn’t another public business directory.
It’s a practical tool that allows us to introduce people to the right businesses based on what they need.
If someone is organising a major event, we’ll help them find local suppliers.
If a business is planning a high tea, a product launch or a community activation, we’ll do the same.
The registry is just as useful for everyday business needs.
Whether it’s printing new brochures, finding a web developer, producing social media videos, organising catering or sourcing professional services, the Chamber can help point people in the right direction.
People often don’t realise how much capability exists here on the Redlands Coast.
We hear businesses say they’re looking for a supplier, while another local business is already providing exactly that service.
Sometimes they just haven’t found each other yet. That’s where we can help.
Our membership team and Chamber volunteers know the local business community well.
Rather than sending someone off to search the internet, we can have a conversation, understand what they’re looking for and suggest businesses that are the right fit.
It saves time, creates local connections and keeps more opportunities within our region.
With the lead up to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games bringing increased investment across South East Queensland, it’s important that local suppliers are easy to find.
We want organisers, government agencies and businesses to think locally before they look elsewhere.
Every contract, every phone call and every local connection help support jobs, strengthen businesses and keep more money circulating within our local economy.
The registry is also about helping businesses work together. We regularly see opportunities where one business has part of the solution and another has the expertise to complete the picture.
Those introductions can lead to new partnerships, stronger supply chains and bigger opportunities for everyone involved.
We’re inviting businesses from all industries to register.
Whether you provide marketing, printing, catering, logistics, cleaning, security, photography, technology, audio visual services, professional services or something completely different, we’d like to know you’re there.
We’re building a trusted network that we can confidently recommend when opportunities arise.
Chamber members will continue to be one of our first points of reference when we’re connecting people with local suppliers.

At the same time, we’re encouraging all local businesses to register so we have the broadest possible understanding of what’s available across the Redlands Coast.
This registry will keep evolving – we’ll continue adding businesses, refining how we use it and responding to community needs.
