A SPECTACULAR after-dark adventure featuring glowing forests, giant holograms, interactive light displays and laser-filled skies is set to light up the Redlands this winter.
Produced by Laservision in partnership with Sirromet Winery, the new Beyond – Every Path Leads Elsewhere experience will transform the iconic Mount Cotton vineyard into a magical two-kilometre illuminated trail from June 26 to July 26.
The immersive Luna Light Journey experience will feature 25 separate activations spread throughout the winery grounds, creating what organisers describe as one of Queensland’s most captivating winter attractions.
Visitors will journey through four dreamlike worlds filled with light, sound and storytelling.
Highlights include a responsive garden that reacts as guests move through it, towering holograms appearing among ancient trees, glowing spirits hidden throughout the landscape and massive laser installations stretching across the night sky.
Thousands of lights, neon sculptures and AI-powered interactive displays will also form part of the experience.
One of the centrepieces is a giant holographic stag emerging from an illuminated forest, while another section transports visitors into a cosmic dreamscape of falling stars, projections and laser fields.
The journey concludes with a dramatic tunnel of colour, sound and light designed to create a memorable finale.
Laservision says the experience blends cutting-edge technology with themes of growth, wonder, mystery and imagination.
Sirromet Winery said the partnership would deliver a completely new style of visitor experience for Queensland audiences.
“We are incredibly excited to partner with Laservision to bring Beyond to Sirromet and create an experience unlike anything seen before in Australia,” a Sirromet spokesperson said.
“As a destination known for bringing people together through memorable food, wine and event experiences, Beyond represents a natural evolution for us.
“This world-class light journey will transform our property into an immersive wonderland, offering guests a truly unique way to experience Sirromet while reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative and unforgettable experiences for visitors from across Queensland and beyond.”
Unlike a traditional show, Beyond is entirely self-guided, allowing visitors to explore the trail at their own pace and spend as much time as they like at each installation.
The Queensland-exclusive production will run for just one month with organisers warning the limited season is likely to create strong demand for tickets.
