Louise Denisenko has launched her own agency after working in real estate franchises for more than a decade.

Ms Denisenko is the ultimate package deal as a fully licensed real estate agent, a member of REIQ, a Qualified Justice of the Peace and has a Diploma in Interior Design and Property Styling.

She has been in the real estate industry for more than 11 years and said she was very excited to move into her agency located in Victoria Point.

“After working for two big real estate franchises, I thought it was time to start my own office, team and culture,” Ms Denisenko said.

Ms Denisenko said her business was very people-orientated and enjoyed helping people get to the next level and journey of their life.

“I think the culture and the way we treat our clients is our point of difference,” she said.

Ms Denisenko has lived in the Redlands for 28 years and said the area was a prime location with a good mix of demographics.

There has been huge growth in the last two years since covid with interest rate rises having a huge impact with the current shortage of properties

Ms Denisenko said the Redlands was a sought-after area because of the desirable lifestyles with all the waterfront, bays and islands.

“Everyone loves the area and I’m not surprised,” she said.
