Established in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Peter and Michelle Hunter, 4 Hunters is a family-owned and operated business based in Redland Bay, Queensland.
The name is a tribute to our family, with “4 Hunters” representing Peter, Michelle and our two children.
What started as a passion for premium meat snacks has grown into a thriving local manufacturing business, proudly supplying hundreds of retailers across Australia.
Specialising in handcrafted biltong, stokkies and dry wors, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional quality, flavour and consistency.
Using carefully selected Australian beef, our products are made right here in Redland Bay by our dedicated local team.
Our commitment to quality hasn’t gone unnoticed. Since 2019, we’ve proudly earned 42 medals at the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, alongside local business awards recognising our continued growth and success.

Located at Units 7 and 8, 5-11 Jardine Drive, Redland Bay Business Park, our factory outlet is open to the public six days a week.
Alongside our freshly made meat snacks, you’ll find a great selection of fresh meats, groceries and specialty products.
Factory outlet opening hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm; Saturday, 9am-2pm.
