Wellington Point State High School prides itself on its core values – respectful, united, dynamic, selfless and determined.

These values underpin the school’s daily thoughts, behaviour and actions.

The school aims to provide challenge, offer opportunity and entrust responsibility so every child leaves having achieved their personal best.

The school welcomes enrolments from students outside its catchment area who demonstrate excellence in one of three specialist areas: Sport (ESAP), Academics (LEAP), or The Arts (ENCORE).

These programs are also offered to current and prospective students who show above average ability in any of these disciplines.

The school is renowned for its nurturing environment and high expectations culture. As a school, it is united, dynamic, determined, selfless and respectful.

It is the vision that every student succeeds in their chosen pathway.

Join the Enrolment Afternoon on Tuesday, June 17 from 3.15pm. Enrolment interviews for Year 7 2026 will be held throughout the afternoon, which are attended by parents and students.

Contact Enrolments Officer Jo Morley on 07 3820 4240 or [email protected] to submit your application. Application packs must be collected and completed by Friday, June 13.

In addition to the interviews, the afternoon will include school tours led by Student Leaders, and Year 7 presentations by Principal Dr Robyn Burton-Ree; Deputy Principal – Junior Phase Anton Lombardo; and Years 7 and 8 Coordinator Kath Fraser.

Families can also explore information stands about the school’s Excellence Programs, as well as Inclusion and Wellbeing stalls.
