DEDICATED father of two Wade Trask is a prominent figure in both the Redlands and Bayside communities.

Balancing his professional life with his interests in touch football and reading, Mr Trask is deeply committed to community support.

He has made significant contributions by donating to various sports clubs and fundraising for LIVIN.org, a mental health charity.

Mr Trask is also a man of morals who prides himself on doing the right thing by people.

“I believe firmly in treating people how they treat me, nobody is perfect and that’s okay,” he said.

As a lifelong resident of the Redlands, Mr Trask has a profound connection to the area.

Despite his love for travel, he declares that “the Redlands is the best in the world”.

“It’s a growing community and there are so many opportunities for families. With the right infrastructure, the Redlands can be Brisbane 2.0,” he said.

In his personal time, Mr Trask enjoys family activities, walking, reading and spending time at the beach.

His favourite place in the Redlands and Bayside area is his own home, where he finds joy in a classic barbecue, with beer and football.

Mr Trask’s passion for real estate is driven by his desire to help others in ways that benefit them most.

“I like to help people; I don’t try and sell anyone anything, it’s about being supportive and informative so people can make the right decision for their families,” he said.

Looking ahead, Mr Trask anticipates a positive trend in property prices in the Redlands and Bayside areas.

“I think that prices will increase as more and more people and families discover how amazing living in the Redlands and Bayside can be and want to move here,” he said.
