Terry White Chemmart has unveiled a refreshed store at Cleveland Central, introducing a high-tech addition to its team: “Millie-Gram,” an AI-powered prescription robot.

The BD Rowa Vmax system aims to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency in dispensing prescriptions, combining trusted pharmacy care with cutting-edge technology.

The robot’s name was selected through a community-led campaign.

Terry White himself returned to the store to mark the relaunch, more than 20 years after first opening the location.

His visit highlighted the store’s long-standing connection with the local community.

Customers turned out in strong numbers to explore the modernised layout, enhanced accessibility, and improved customer flow.

Staff said the community’s excitement reflected the pharmacy’s role as a trusted local service.

The upgraded Terry White Chemmart at Cleveland Central is now open, offering residents a smarter, more efficient prescription experience.
