WHAT started as a humble fish and chip shop has quickly become one of the Redlands’ tastiest success stories.

Sea Fuel Cleveland, nestled on Middle St, has transformed over the past four years from a simple takeaway into a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike – without losing the soul that made it special in the first place.

Now boasting a stylish indoor dining area, the popular seafood joint is proving it can do more than just fry a great piece of cod and chips.

It’s serving up fresh flavours with a side of warm hospitality, drawing seafood lovers from across Brisbane and beyond.

Co-owner Fotis Skordou said the decision to add a dine-in space was driven by customer demand.

“We’ve always taken pride in the quality of our food, and people kept telling us they wanted to sit down and enjoy it,” he said.

“So, we listened. People love the vibe.

“It’s relaxed, clean, and welcoming.”

The expansion has allowed Sea Fuel to evolve from a local gem into a true dining destination – while still retaining the heart and authenticity of a family-run business.

There’s no mistaking the emphasis on quality – each and every time.

Every plate is prepared with care by co-owner Costa Savva, whose barramundi – grilled to perfection – remains a standout.

Lightly seasoned and flaky, it’s a dish that proves simplicity, done well, is hard to beat.

The hand-cut chips? Crisp, golden, and generously portioned.

The service is just as impressive.

Friendly staff, fast turnaround, and genuine attention to customer satisfaction and detail all help to set Sea Fuel Cleveland apart.

It’s a standard that clearly resonates – Sea Fuel Cleveland holds an enviable 4.9-star average on Google Reviews.

Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30am to 8pm, Sea Fuel now offers a complete seafood experience for families, foodies and anyone else in search of a top-tier local feed.

More than just a takeaway, Sea Fuel is a shining example of how a small business can grow without losing what made it special in the first place.

With flavour, freshness, and heart at its core, it’s quickly cementing its place as a Redlands dining institution.
