A Redlands estate agent has featured on television series Location, Location, Location Australia where she used her expertise to help a couple secure their dream home.

Jan Goetze appeared on an episode of the hit property show and helped a couple claim their property dreams with a luxury Raby Bay home.

Location, Location, Location Australia features two of Australia’s leading real estate experts on a quest around the country to find the perfect property for ordinary Australians.

Having met the buyers previously at open homes, Ms Goetze was able to assist in a particular couple’s mission as she had an idea of their requirements.

“They have been searching for something in Raby Bay for quite some time, so it worked out perfectly,” she said.

Ms Goetze said she felt privileged to be given the opportunity to promote Raby Bay to the southern markets.

“A lot of people, especially in the south, do not know where Raby Bay is and I think it is important for us to promote this area as much as we can,” she said.

Ms Gotze said Redlands was an ideal location and lifestyle to sell.

“The Redlands is a very underrated area and I encourage buyers who are interested in the area to buy now.”
