CRICKET for everyone is coming to Redlands, with registrations now open for the brand-new Redlands Tigers All Abilities Cricket Program.

The free program begins on Thursday, November 7 and welcomes participants of all ages and abilities to come and enjoy the game in a fun and inclusive environment.

The Redlands Tigers All Abilities Program is designed especially for neurodiverse children and young adults.

The program provides a safe, supportive, and pressure-free space where participants can learn skills, build confidence, and make new friends through cricket.

Whether a participant is energetic, quiet, curious, anxious, or still finding their place, everyone is encouraged to join in and have a go.

Thanks to the generous support of Lord Taverners Queensland and Queensland Cricket, the Redlands Tigers All Abilities Program is completely free for all participants.

Their funding ensures that every child can experience the joy of cricket, regardless of ability or background.

HOW TO REGISTER: The Redlands Tigers are excited to welcome new participants and families to be part of the All-Abilities community.

To register, visit the PlayHQ website and type in Redlands Tigers Cricket Club.

Under the “Register” tab, select Cricket Blast – All Abilities and follow the simple instructions to complete your registration.

The launch of the All-Abilities Program is another important step for Redlands Tigers Cricket Club as it continues to grow cricket opportunities across the region.

The launch of the All-Abilities Program caps off a huge start to the cricket season with plenty happening within cricket for the Redlands.

On the field, we have seen the 1st Grade side winning the T20 Max Competition, fielding our first ever U/16 girls’ team and seeing our players rewarded with selections in Queensland representative sides.

While off-field, the club will see the redevelopment of Peter Burge Oval to include full field lighting for night cricket and upgraded facilities such as new changerooms to support the club’s women’s program.
