The Redland Genealogical Society was recently successful in gaining funds to purchase a new laptop through the Councillors’ Benefit Fund.

The laptop is to replace a much outdated one and will be used in a number of forums, including at general meetings for guest speaker presentations.

Are you interested in tracing your family history? If so, come along to the next general meeting to be held on August 9, 2023 at the Donald Simpson Centre, Bloomfield Street, Cleveland, commencing at 12.15pm.

The Society also has a room within the Cleveland Library where volunteers are ready to assist you with your family history research.

The room is open each Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and on Saturday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
