CARMICHAEL Park was buzzing with energy and excitement as more than 600 of Queensland’s best young footballers competed in the 2025 Queensland 10-12 Years Schools State Football Championships from July 31 to August 3 at Wynnum Wolves Football Club.

Boys and girls from across the state represented their regions with pride, putting on a thrilling display of talent, teamwork and determination over four action-packed days.

The championships not only celebrated sporting excellence but also served as a selection platform for the Queensland School Sport 10-12 Years teams, with selectors on hand to identify standout players for future representative honours.

Event organisers praised the spirit of the competition and thanked the host venue, volunteers, coaches and families for helping create a memorable experience for all involved.

“Events like this are where many future stars begin their journey,” Wynnum Wolves President Rabieh Krayem said.

“The skill level and sportsmanship on display was outstanding.”
