WITH more than 24 years of experience and a string of awards, Matt Tennant is a name synonymous with success in the Redlands real estate market.

National award-winning and regarded as one of the region’s most successful agents, Matt’s career is built on a foundation of honesty, dedication, loyalty and professionalism.

Matt has been named Agent of the Year a remarkable eight times – an unmatched Queensland state record – by Rate My Agent for sales volume and vendor satisfaction.

This prestigious achievement spans 2017 through 2024, alongside more than 300 five-star reviews.

After many successful years with national real estate franchises, Matt, alongside his wife Jenny and a dedicated team of experienced locals, decided to branch out and launch Matt Tennant Real Estate earlier this year.

“I made the decision to make the move to Matt Tennant Real Estate wanting to create a team of dedicated professionals who believe in the same values and ethics as myself, while offering an exceptionally high-quality service for both my vendors and buyers,” Matt said. “Being our own brand allows us to offer all our clients a personalised approach to each property.”

The transition has been a resounding success for Matt Tennant Real Estate, with a growing base of loyal clients.

Looking ahead, the team plans to expand by launching a rental department in the new year, continuing their commitment to providing ethical, client-focused service in property management.

Matt’s personal motto – “If you are going to be a bear, be a grizzly”– encapsulates his ability to always strive for excellence.

A long-time Redlands resident, Matt has lived and invested in the area for over 22 years with his wife and two children.

He’s eager to see the future growth of the region, particularly with the completion of the shoreline development and the infrastructure projects that will enhance the area’s appeal.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, driving his cars, and soaking up the local beach and bay.

When it comes to selling property in the Redlands, Matt Tennant’s name is one you can trust.
