A WELLINGTON Point real estate agent has turned heads after revealing she earned close to $700,000 last year — just as she stepped into the spotlight as a bride on Married At First Sight 2026.

Stephanie Marshall, 32, made her national TV debut on Monday night, where she was matched with 30-year-old Tyson Gordon in a wedding ceremony some viewers labelled as awkward.

While audiences weighed up first impressions and chemistry, it was Steph’s off-screen achievements that quickly stole the conversation.

The Redlands-based agent shared just how lucrative her career has become.

“Last year, I did about $680,000,” she told the jobs app GetAhead on Instagram.

Steph works with Harcourts Property Centre in Wellington Point and has carved out a strong presence in Brisbane’s Bayside property market.

She boasts a five-star rating from nearly 70 online reviews and, according to RealEstate.com.au, has been involved in the sale of more than 20 properties over the past 12 months.

With 13 years’ experience in the property industry, Steph has earned recognition as a ‘Top 5 Emerging Agent’ by Rate My Agent and an ‘Up & Coming Agent’ in Queensland by The Courier-Mail.

She has also collected multiple Harcourts sales awards across 2024 and 2025 and was named Rate My Agent’s 2025 Agent of the Year for both Wellington Point and Wynnum West.

Steph has previously said she approaches her work with a deep sense of responsibility.

“I understand that selling your home is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and even after 13 years, still to this day, I don’t take the role of representing someone’s largest asset for granted,” she said.

“I truly see the opportunity as a privilege.”

Describing herself as ambitious, disciplined and focused on continual growth, Steph has spent years building both her career and financial independence.

At 32, she has never been in a serious adult relationship and has never been in love — something she candidly revealed on the show.

She said she is looking for a “power couple” dynamic, hoping to find a driven and ambitious partner who shares her values and long-term vision.

While some viewers expressed surprise at her income, others noted that top-performing agents in competitive markets can command significant commissions, particularly amid strong turnover across Brisbane’s Bayside in recent years.

As the season unfolds, Redlands Coast viewers will be watching closely to see whether Steph’s proven skills in negotiation and deal-making can help her secure success in love as well as property.
