LONG-time local and dedicated community member Louise Denisenko has been a significant presence in the Redlands for many years.

Married to husband Michael for 30 years, Louise’s family roots run deep in the area, with four generations of Denisenkos calling Redland Bay home.

Her son Matthew serves in the Navy, and her daughter Emily is currently attending university, both having grown up in the Redlands.

Louise’s commitment to the community is evident through her extensive volunteer work.

She has served as President of Meals on Wheels Victoria Point and Redland Bay, is the Deputy Coordinator of Neighbourhood Watch Point Halloran, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Redlands Bayside.

She is also a long-term financial sponsor of several local organisations, including the Donald Simpson Community Centre, Victoria Point Bowls Club, and Redland Victoria Point Football Club.

Her contributions also extend to donating hampers to various local school and community events.

One of Louise’s most notable initiatives is the annual charity dinner and auction event, “There’s No Place Like Home”.

This event, which brings together local real estate agents and businesses, raises funds to support homelessness programs in the Redlands.

Last year’s event raised over $50,000, and the next charity dinner and auction is scheduled for October 11 at the Alexandra Hills Hotel.

Louise’s life ethos is simple yet profound: “Be a kind person first, speak up for those that can’t or don’t have a voice, and always be true to yourself. Don’t ever compromise your ethics for a sale.”

This guiding principle shapes her personal and professional life, ensuring she remains a trusted and ethical real estate agent.

Born in the UK, Louise moved to the Redlands with her mother at the age of 13.

In her quiet time, Louise enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her favourite local spots include the waterfront, and Elysium at Lakeside.

Having bought, sold, and invested in property over the years, she has been an award-winning agent for the past 12 years at larger franchises.

Now, she proudly operates an independent boutique office in the Redlands at Lakeside Shopping Centre, offering clients personalised service throughout the entire selling journey.

Looking ahead, Louise predicts that the property market in the Redlands will remain strong, with continued growth in prices across all suburbs.

She notes the increasing popularity of multi-generational living, with families joining finances to buy larger homes or properties with dual living options.

Louise’s dedication to her community and her profession has earned her numerous accolades, including being a finalist for the REIQ Salesperson of the Year and the REIQ Contribution to the Community Award.

She has also been recognised as the Rate My Agent Suburb Winner for Victoria Point multiple times.
