A FAMILIAR face in Redlands property has turned a bold page, unveiling a new independent brand designed to deliver what she describes as “genuine 5-star service”.

After years operating under a national franchise, the agent behind 5 Star Real Estate Agent says the move marks the beginning of a more authentic, flexible and client-centred chapter.

When asked what inspired the decision to step away from The Professionals, Jackie Prentis said the change was driven by a desire for “greater freedom, authenticity, and personalised service”.

She said that after many years in a franchise environment, it became clear clients connected most with her own values and communication style – not the corporate branding.

Launching an independent agency, she said, allows her to “elevate service standards, tailor every strategy, and build a brand that truly reflects what I stand for: integrity, transparency, and genuine 5-star service.”

The vision behind the new brand is equally ambitious.

Jackie describes it as setting “a new benchmark for real estate in the Redlands, where personalised attention and premium presentation come standard.”

Core values such as integrity, service, results and community form the foundation of a brand she intends to keep trustworthy, and results driven.

Operating independently, she says, brings clear advantages for clients.

“Independence means flexibility, speed, and a personalised approach without franchise restrictions,” Jackie said.

Her own journey in real estate has been one built on local relationships and years of hands-on experience.

Launching the new brand, she said, felt like a natural next step – one that lets her provide “service at the level every client deserves: personalised, transparent, and consistently exceptional”.

Under the 5 Star Real Estate Agent banner, clients will find a comprehensive suite of services including residential sales, property appraisals, tailored marketing campaigns, buyer support, off-market opportunities, and strategic local advice.

Every offering, Jackie says, is “built on quality and attention to detail”.

The business has opened its doors on Bloomfield St, Cleveland, a location chosen for its visibility and strong community connection.

Central to the brand is a meticulous approach to customer service.

A 5-star experience, she says, means “exceeding expectations consistently through clear communication, reliability, premium presentation, and proactive support from the first conversation through to settlement”.

As for the local property market, Jackie sees demand remaining solid.

“The Redlands continues to see strong demand driven by lifestyle appeal, coastal positioning, and community feel,” she said.

Looking ahead, the next 12 months are about growth and community connection.

The agency aims to strengthen its brand presence and deliver exceptional outcomes.
