As Australia’s first dedicated “gnoccheria”, the brand has earned a devoted following across Queensland, with its Bayside location quickly becoming a local favourite.
Known for its seasonal menu and passion for authentic Italian flavours, the popular Middle St restaurant in Cleveland has unveiled its latest limited-time Chef’s Special: the Primavera Sauce Trio.
“Primavera” translates to “Spring” in Italian, and the dish celebrates the season with a burst of colour and taste.
Diners can enjoy the trio three ways – paired with Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers’ signature gnocchi, twirled through spaghetti, or tucked inside rich pumpkin-filled ravioli.
Each version is finished with crispy crushed bacon and semi-dried tomatoes, offering a perfect balance of savoury and sweet.

The Primavera Sauce Trio will be available for five weeks only.
