GEMMA Coady might be a relatively new name in the local real estate industry, but it’s one people are set to hear a lot more about in the future.

When she moved across from her long-time marketing career Gemma relied on her dedication to success to ensure that the decision to sell real estate was the right move.

In her first 12 months as an agent, she sold 21 properties and that gave her the confidence and foundation to launch her own company at Raby Bay, Gemma Coady Properties powered by L J Hooker.

Her local property sales averaged almost $900,000 per property giving her a total sales figure approaching $19m.

Gemma has loved her whirlwind career in real estate and is rightly thrilled with the results she achieved in the past year.

“It’s an absolute blessing to have had the opportunity to represent all my sellers, who placed their trust in me to sell their homes,” she said.

“I am grateful for the chance to make a difference in people’s lives through my work. The past year has been an exhilarating journey, and I thank everyone for all the support and trust I’ve received.”

Embracing a new challenge has never been an issue for Gemma.

She had a highly successful marketing company in Ireland before she decided to head to Australia and join her extended family in the Redland district.

Gemma is a sponsor and executive committee member of the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce and is proud of the significant role she plays in supporting local businesses and promoting economic growth in the Redlands area.

She is part of the membership ambassador team providing resources, support and warm welcomes to new business owners, into the growing local community.

If starting up a new agency wasn’t enough, she is also proud single mum of three young children who attend Cleveland State School, where Gemma chairs the school Council and she also sponsors the

Redlands United Football Club, where her twin boys play weekly.

Life is busy already for Gemma, and it’s certainly going to get even busier in the future.
